Thai Foot Massage using natural oils and wooden Thai Foot Massage Stick. Costs £25.00 for 1 hour.

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the feet and also lower legs. It is both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese Massage, incorporated into the treatment.

The use of a Thai foot massage stick makes it different and also we use the palms, fingers, thumbs and knuckles to work the feet. It is similar to Reflexology but also distinctively different as more is done with the legs and a bit less is worked on the balls of the feet.

It dates back two thousand years, originally from China and is seen all over Thailand. We also work on “Sen” lines, from Ayurvedic traditions and these are the equivalent to Meridians of Chinese Medicine. Thai Foot Massage is thought to stimulate and open these energy Channels leaving you relaxed, balanced and invigorated.
